Utility Manager-Engineer

The Gardnerville Water Company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Utility Manager – Engineer to lead and oversee the operations of our water utility. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing day-to-day operations and driving the strategic direction of the organization.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking professional with exceptional leadership skills and extensive knowledge of drinking water systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer all phases of water system projects, from planning to execution
• Review and approve engineering designs and project plans
• Provide leadership, development, and support to staff
• Oversee the water distribution system and utility business office operations
• Offer professional guidance on regulatory and operational matters
