Our Vision Create a sustainable agency founded on excellence. The vision of our agency goes well beyond our core function. Our vision is to assure that the agency is in the position, financially, operationally, and in every other respect, to continue to perform these functions into the future. We believe that just doing our job isn’t good enough. We believe in striving for excellence in all that we do. Sometimes we miss, but we never stop in our pursuit of that state. As Pat Riley is famously quoted, “Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better.” Being mindful of the values we hold as individuals and as an agency as we perform our duties keeps us on track to deliver excellence as an organization.
