Unadilla Valley is a rural school district with a PK-12 campus that opened its doors in 2002. The Unadilla Valley Central School was established as a result of a merger between the former New Berlin and South New Berlin Central Schools, effective July 1, 1996 and is a component district of the Delaware-Chenango-Madison-Otsego BOCES. Qualifications The Unadilla Valley Central School District is seeking a dynamic and innovative educator to serve as its next Secondary Principal. The Secondary School services approximately 350 students in grades 7-12. The district is very proud of its academic performance, high graduation rates, the multiple educational opportunities it provides, and student-centered approach. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective organizational skills, clear communication skills, highly successful classroom experience, and effective instructional practices. The district is looking for a visionary leader who can facilitate and collaborate a progressive educational vision and who possesses the ability to build a positive rapport with students, parents, staff, and community members.
