Property & Casualty insurance experience is a plus but we will train and help license the right candidates. Advancement opportunities are available to those who are dependable and work hard. Our CSRs manage incoming calls, identify and assess our customers’ needs, and build sustainable relationships.

-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening -Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters -Excellent communication and presentation skills -Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively -Strong attention to detail
